This Migration Technologies Consulting as a Service ("CaaS") training program will teach the IT organization how to design and implement an ITSM Roadmap to support the needs of the business
The Creating an ITSM Roadmap CaaS program combines the delivery of ITIL V3 Certification Training with the "how to" training and templates of the Migration technologies consulting portfolio. Deliverables include:

Who Should Attend
The Creating an ITSM Roadmap program is designed for all levels in the IT organization: including executives, managers, supervisors, team leaders, and business analysts etc. who have the responsibility for creating the roadmap that will be used as the blueprint to meet the service needs of the business.
CaaS Engagement Duration
Approximately six to eight weeks. Larger organizations may require twelve to sixteen weeks duration. Recommend ITIL V3 Foundations or Services Strategy/Service Offerings & Agreements, or Planning, Protection, & Optimization/Service Design, or Release Control & Validation/Service Transition training is integrated into the CaaS engagement.
Prerequisites
Students should hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, attained through either the ITIL IT Service Management Essentials (V2) plus the ITIL V2-V3 Foundations Bridging Course or the ITIL V3 Foundations course.
