Program Description
This Migration Technologies Consulting as a Service ("CaaS") training program will teach the IT organization how to design and implement a four step tactical approach that will enable them to better understand their client's business model and the services the client perceive as most valuable to their business.
The Developing the IT Service Strategy CaaS program combines the delivery of ITIL V3 Certification Training with the "how to" training and templates of the Migration technologies consulting portfolio. Deliverables include:

Who Should Attend
The Developing the Service strategy program is designed for all levels in the IT organization: including executives, managers, supervisors, team leaders, business analysts etc. who have the responsibility for developing and managing the relationship between IT and the business.
Engagement Duration
Approximately four to six weeks. Recommend ITIL V3 Foundations or Services Strategy/Service Offerings & Agreements training be integrated into the CaaS engagement.
Prerequisites
Students should hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, attained through either the ITIL IT Service Management Essentials (V2) plus the ITIL V2-V3 Foundations Bridging Course or the ITIL V3 Foundations course.
