• Training Partnership leverages the itSM Solutions ATO status to deliver classroom and/or online training solutions to their clients.
• Accreditation Partnership where the partner relies on itSM Solutions® to supply the courseware and/or online programs to becomes an Authorized Training Organization (ATO) with an Examination Institute (EI). Online Self-Paced Video Training

ITIL® eTrainer Hosted - Self-Paced Online Training & Certification Service

itSM Solutions® offers reseller partners the opportunity to resell of our hosted self-paced online training & certification solution to meet the ITIL training needs of their students. The hosted solution requires no upfront commitment other than marketing the solution to the student population as one of their options to become ITIL certified. The itSM Solutions® Online Partner Program requires no upfront commitment and enables partners to earn discounts up to 30% for ITIL online training sales over a 12 month period.

ITIL® eTrainer Onsite - Self-Paced Online Training & Certification System

Register to Become an ITIL® eTrainer Partner

itSM Solutions® offers reseller partners the opportunity to host an onsite version of its ITIL® eTrainer self-paced online training & certification system to meet the ITIL training needs of their students. The hosted solution requires a small investment for the onsite video server and custom portal development which can be recovered as credits against any follow on sales. As with the hosted model, the partner will be required to market the solution to the student population as one of their options to become ITIL certified. The itSM Solutions® Online Partner Program requires no upfront sales commitment and enables partners to earn discounts up to 50% for ITIL online training sales over a 12 month period. The program includes:

• Online Accredited ITIL Video Instructor & Student Courseware that enables students to certify from Foundation through Expert without ever having to leave their home or office.
• Online Mentoring Portal that provides students access to our team of ITIL Experts who can provide mentoring before, during and after the training.
• Online Exam Portal that enables students to take the exams at home or in the office direct from their PC using a web cam proctor.
• Plug-and-Play Multi-Department Video Training Server that enables students across multiple departments to access their video based ITIL training on demand over the corporate Intranet or public Internet
• Plug-and-Plan Multi-User Learning Management System (LMS) enables training coordinators across multiple departments to track, manage, and report on all student training activities from any location in the world.
• Multi-Department e-commerce Capability enables training coordinators across multiple departments to purchase student licenses utilizing a no-commitment volume discount schedule and flexible payment system (credit card, purchase order etc.), thereby eliminating the need to establish a master purchase agreement and capital allocation across multiple departments.
• PDU Credits - Enables students to receive PDU credits that can be applied to maintaining their PMI/PMP status.

Classroom and Online Classroom Services

Licensing partners have the option to purchase turn-key (instructor, courseware & exams) or a-la-cart solutions to support their ITIL training program needs. Classroom services include:

• Instructor Services - Instructor service fees are built around a per day rate which will vary based on where and when the class will take place. In addition to instructor fees, licensing partners are also responsible for instructor travel & expense for each training engagement. Specific requirements for each partner type is listed below:
• Training Partners have the option to supply their own accredited instructors or contract itSM Solutions to provide one. Customer provided instructors must meet the certification requirements designated by APMG (see below) and must be registered through itSM Solutions as an accredited instructor with our examination institute CSME.
• Accredited Partners (ATO's) have the option to supply their own accredited instructors or contract itSM Solutions to provide one. ATO partners are responsible for registering their instructors with the examination institute CSME along with being responsible for managing the quality of their instructors and overall program.
• Instructor Requirements
• Foundation Training - Foundation certificate plus 9 ITIL credits (this equates to being certified in three ITIL Intermediate classes)
• Intermediate Training - ITIL Expert certificate plus a certificate in the Intermediate class the instructor is teaching
• Courseware Services - Partners have the options to purchase a turn-key solution (print & ship) from itSM Solutions or to print and ship the materials themselves (requires a special licensing agreement). All courseware book covers can be branded with the partners logo for an annual fee of $250. Courseware fees are aligned with the market conditions of the country where the course is being delivered. The itSM Solutions courseware volume discount schedule enables partners to earn additional discounts as the number of students licenses purchased over a twelve month period increases.
• Exams - Exam fees vary depending on the course being delivered and the proctoring method (classroom or virtual) selected. Specific requirements for each partner type is listed below:
• Training Partners have the option to order their Foundation exams through itSM Solutions or from Prometric or VUE. All Intermediate exams must be ordered through itSM Solutions as this is a requirement specified to us by APMG.
• Accredited Partners (ATO's) can order their exams direct from CSME.
• Shipping & Handling Fees - Shipping & handling fees will vary depending on where and when the class will take place.
