Individual Training Classes

Class licenses only become active once the student logs into the class. This approach provides the student the flexibility to take a class when he or she has the time to complete the class. If for any reason the student is pulled away for business or personal reasons after activating the license, the student can use the one-time lifeline to reactivate the class or purchase an extension for that class.

Pricing Key

1. License only becomes active when the student logs into the program for the first time.
2. CSME exam vouchers can be redeemed for exams delivered direct to the student PC using a web cam proctor or at a CSME testing center.

Role Based Certification Training Kits

Role based certification kits provide students the option to purchase a discounted bundle of classes that will enable them to certify to the role they will play in their ITSM program. Certification training kits have no expiration date only the individual classes do. Each class in the certification kit is allocated the number of license days indicated at the top of the chart below. Class licenses only become active once the student logs into the class.
