Onsite - Live Instructor Classroom

These classroom training programs are delivered onsite at a client or third party location and are targeted at IT Departments looking to train and certify a group of students in a traditional classroom setting. A minimum of six students is required to host this onsite class.

• Instructor Delivery Services - itSM Solutions will provide a certified ITIL Expert to deliver the program
• Student Courseware - Each student will be receive a hard copy of the student courseware.
• Classroom or Online Exam Services - Students can take the exams on the last day of the class or direct from their PC using a web cam proctor or at a CSME testing center.
• Online Mentoring Services - Through our online support group, My ITSM Mentoring Community™, students can connect with ITIL Expert Mentors (and other students) to receive the assistance they may need when preparing for the exam along with the ongoing practical guidance they will need when applying ITSM best practices in a real world environment.
• PDU Credits - Enables students to receive PDU credits that can be applied to maintaining their PMI/PMP status.
